The Nevada Cancer Institute Research Building is located on the “Discovery Campus” near the corner of Town Center Drive and I-215 Beltway. This new three story and basement facility will provide 183,378 square feet of cancer research laboratory.

NBD is part of a design/build team to develop the project site by providing horizontal control, grading plans, on-site utility plans, off-site improvement plans, easement preparation, details, water network analysis, drainage study, and traffic study.
